For the Jerry Seinfeld online contest, you may enter from 12:00am (MST) on Monday, July 24, 2023, through 11:59pm (MST) on Sunday, August 6, 2023, by going to https://www.audacy.com/big945phoenix/contests, clicking on this contest’s link, and completing and submitting the contest entry form. Entrants may receive one (1) or more bonus entries by completing the following action. Follow the instructions on the contest entry page to share a unique contest entry URL with your friends. You will receive ONE (1) bonus entries for every valid entry received for this contesting using the unique URL provided on your entry form. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries via this method of bonus entries. At approximately 1:00pm (MST) on Monday, August 7, 2023, FIVE (5) winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive two (2) tickets to Jerry Seinfeld on April 12, 2024 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, a 2-night hotel stay from April 11 - 13, 2024 at Caesars Palace and a $100 gas card, valued at approximately $800, courtesy of Live Nation.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Prize may be used only for the date(s) specified. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, may not be combined with another offer. Winner must use all prize components in a single visit. Winner may not substitute prize components. In the unlikely event that one or more of the prize components is not available for any reason, Caesars Palace Las Vegas or Live Nation reserves the right to substitute a Las Vegas experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event that the artist does not perform during the scheduled trip, for any reason, Caesars Palace Las Vegas or Live Nation may substitute a Las Vegas resort experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
