SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A Burlington County man who previously pleaded guilty for sending explicit photos of himself will spend 15 years in prison for doing it again.
52-year-old Joseph Graber of Marlton claimed to be a 16-year-old boy in a children's chat room. Investigators said he began sending private messages, in 2018, to detectives he thought were a 13-year-old girl.
Acting Attorney General Matt Platkin said Graber — who was arrested and pleaded guilty in 2011 for sending similar content to a detective posing as a 12-year-old girl — will be subject to supervision for the rest of his life once he's eventually released from state prison.
Graber was also living at his father's house, which was not allowed due to some of the restrictions for being a registered sex offender.
Upon inspecting Graber's devices, investigators discovered he had also been sending pictures and videos to actual underage girls.
Platkin says anyone who suspects improper communication between an adult and children should report it to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
