After scoring his fourth consecutive #1 song at Country radio, “Buy Dirt” featuring Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis is feeling the pressure to make the lyrics come true for he and wife, Kristen, but like the rest of us, he could really use a discount!

Jordan jokes with the current real estate climate, it may not have been the best time to release a romantic song about buying land. As a successful Country artist, he admits he finds prices painfully steep and jokes he would have no shame taking a special “Buy Dirt” discount to afford the land of his dreams.

“I see all these real estate agents — people who sell farms and stuff — they tag me in their video because they’re like, ‘Hey, we’re using your song,’” Jordan explained. “I’m like, ‘That’s great, how about a discount, bro?’

He has a point… any takers?

“I already look at land like, every day,” Jordan said when talking to Audacy’s Rob + Holly about scoping out land. “It’s even worse because now, they’re like ‘So dude, where’s your property at?’ Cause everybody’s like ‘You had to buy dirt, you wrote it, you sing about it!’ I’m I’m like ‘Yeah, not yet, but hopefully soon.”

So what will Jordan’s dream house look like when he scores that endorsement deal?

“Middle of nowhere,” he laughs. “Closest neighbors like 3 miles away, I can hunt and fish on the property, like basically off my back porch… My wife wants it too. We want to get out and do what that song talks about. It might take us a little while to find it, but we’ll get there one day!”
