The 43-year-old took to social media yesterday with a video of him acoustically covering Earth, Wind & Fire’s 1973 hit, “September,” that is, until things fell apart.
“It’s the 21st of September and this on repeat in my head,” the video caption reads. “Spoiler alert… it falls apart.”
Can’t say he didn’t commit! Bravo, Matt!
As much as we enjoy a fun cover, what we really want it new music and lucky for OD fans, it’s almost here — and is sure to feature songs a little more in Ramsey’s vocal range ;)
The group will release their fourth full-length album, Time, Tequila & Therapy on October 8. The project will feature 13 tracks highlighting ”the ups, downs, trials, and tribulations of life, love, and friendships.”
The tracklist includes current single, “I Was On A Boat That Day,” along with a duet featuring Gladys Knight titled, “Lonely Side of Town.” Also making the list are new songs, “Why Are You Still Here,” “Hawaii,” and “No Hard Feelings” in addition to, “All I Know About Girls,” which released last month, along with the announcement of the new album.
