Green Bay Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur said in his press conference on Friday that star defensive end Za'Darius Smith will be "shut down" for a few weeks dealing with a back injury.

Smith was limited in Week 1 after practicing just twice during all of Training Camp and in the days before Green Bay's 38-3 loss to New Orleans. The Packers placed Smith on the Injured Reserve List, meaning that he will be out for at least three weeks.
