Ariana Grande returned to the performance stage this weekend for an important concert. The 24-year-old pop star performed her song "Be Alright" at the March for Our Lives rally in Washington D.C. on Saturday (March 24).

Grande is a native of South Florida, and she grew up just a few miles away from Parkland, Florida.

On February 14, 2018, a gunman killed seventeen people after opening fire at the Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The shooting served as the catalyst for Sunday's march in Washington, D.C., which was organized by students across the country to end gun violence.

"Be Alright" is a song that was released on Grande's 2016 album, Dangerous Woman.
