AMC will let you rent out an entire theater for $99

Tired of watching Netflix on your couch? Take in some new scenery and rent out a theater from AMC.

AMC is offering movie goers the opportunity to rent out their own theater for $99.

The theater chain announced this week that they may be forced to close their doors by the end of the year since the movie industry has taken such a hit due to the pandemic. In a effort to generate revenue, this cool opportunity has arose.

The offer is available at most participating locations in which theaters are allowed to be open, but not in Hawaii or Alaska. Currently, 16 locations in California are offering this deal, including Riverside, Temecula, and Orange.

As for the movie selection, it goes perfectly with the times. Showings include Halloween favorites like "Hocus Pocus", "The Nightmare Before Christmas", and "Anabelle" to list a few. Other films being offered include "Jurassic Park" and newer movies like "Tenet" and "The New Mutants."

The $99 deal is good for up to 20 people in one of their "safe & clean auditoriums".
