You Can Now Sleep in the Goodyear Blimp

Attention football fans, here's your chance for an experience you'll never forget! Most tailgate in back of a truck for a football, but did you ever imagine flying the Goodyear Blimp?

You won't be able to fly it, but you can have a sleepover in it!

Mark your calendars for October 15th and you'll have an opportunity not just to see the inside, but book an overnight stay in the iconic airship.

Limited booking opportunities will roll out throughout the day on for one-night stays inside the blimp in its hangar in Mogadore, Ohio. The dates you can stay are October 22,23, and 24.

The stay will be hosted by Goodyear Chief Pilot Jerry Hissem and is $150 a night, plus taxes and fees. Unfortunately, guests will not get to ride in the blimp, which is set to capture aerial footage of the Notre Dame at Michigan game on October 26th. The website said the accommodations would "have you doing a touchdown dance."

With this package, fans will get an opportunity to tailgate, and it all takes place in the Mogadore, Ohio hangar. Goodyear Blimp said it is large enough to field a 99-yard pass. During the evening, fans can step outside and see Wingfoot Lake.

On the website, it also urges fans to respect the rules of the blimp. The Airbnb promotion is in honor of the 150th anniversary of college football. If you're interested in the promotions, you're going to want to book immediately, because this is going to fill up fast!
