After a tragic start, these nine puppies are getting a new “leash” on life.
The litter of 10 were abandoned after their mother died, after being hit by a car. One of the puppies didn’t survive. Animal shelter staff had to provide the newborns intensive care, bottle feeding the babies every two hours.
But now known as the “W Puppies,” Warner, Waiter, Wilson, Wilshire, Wanda, Whisper, Wine, Winni and Winter are doing much better. They are healthy and ready for snuggling, the California staff says.
And if you have already fallen in love with these adorable furry faces, they are available for adoption and looking for forever homes.
