Newborn baby Rosalie is finally home, after being born prematurely in New York City, while her mom was on a business trip.
Shelcie Holbert was just six months pregnant, when she went into labor. Rosalie weighed only 1-pound, 9-ounce at delivery. now she’s healthy and plump six pounds.

While baby Rosalie was stuck in the NICU for three months, the new mom found other Manhattan moms through a Facebook group. They came to her aide, providing food and even housing. A friend also raised more than $20,000 for them on a GoFundMe page. Since then, Shelcie says she’s found a new love for New Yorkers.
"There’s so much good in the world, but you just have to open your eyes and see it….We have to surrender to the situation, and all these people just swooped in and took us under their wing, which is like amazing," Shelcie told Radio.com back in July.

Now Shelcie, who works for the Kiehl’s cosmetics company, says she wants to go to nursing school so she can return the favor and help others as so many did for her.
