11-year-old Zoe Terry is already an inspiring entrepreneur. The young CEO says she was bullied in kindergarten for having different hair and darker colored skin than her classmates.

So she started Zoe’s Dolls to help girls of color feel beautiful. The company collects dolls to donate to girls in need all around the world. The toys have reached more than 10,000 girls across the United States and as far as Haiti and Africa.
