Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer told reporters on Wednesday that he apologized to the entire team for poor behavior at an Ohio restaurant last weekend. A handful of viral videos and photos have appeared to show Meyer, who's married, dancing with a woman and touching her backside.
Jaguars owner Shad Khan criticized Meyer in a statement shared on Tuesday, calling his conduct "inexcusable." But Meyer hasn't been fired for the incident -- Khan said Meyer must regain the team's trust -- and former NFL executive Amy Trask believes that Jacksonville is making a mistake.
"I would terminate him," Trask told After Hours with Amy Lawrence on Thursday. "Do I trust this man's judgement to run my organization? Can I trust that this man can be a leader? With him opting not to return with his team, it's only one of many lapses in judgement that I've seen from him this season.

"This is just one of the lapses in judgement I've seen. Not flying home with your team after a game like that, you're just leaving your team. You're leaving those men that you've been hired to lead. So, I'd make a change."
Meyer's first month in the NFL was a hot mess. The Jaguars finished 0-4 in September, and it happened to take four years for Meyer to lose as many games at Ohio State. Although Jacksonville sniffed victory last Thursday night against the Cincinnati Bengals -- they led 14-0 at halftime -- the wheels came off during the second half, as they allowed 24 points and lost on a 35-yard field goal as time expired.
Jacksonville (0-4) will host the Tennessee Titans (2-2) in a Week 5 matchup on Sunday. According to FiveThirtyEight projections, the Jaguars have just a 2-percent chance to reach the playoffs.
