Beyoncé sends Taylor Swift flowers amid historic GRAMMY win

When you make history, you deserve your flowers and in this case, Beyoncé gifted Taylor Swift her literal flowers after winning Album of the Year for the third time at the 2021 GRAMMYs.

Swift is the first female artist to claim such a feat with her albums, Fearless in 2010 and 1989 in 2016, and now folklore in 2021. She was also up for five other GRAMMYs: Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Song Written for Visual Media.

The superstar revealed the bouquet on her Instagram story, saying “woke up to flowers from the queen of grace & greatness @beyonce and suddenly it’s the best Friday EVER.” The note sweetly congratulated Swift on her win and Queen Bey also thanked Swift “for always being so supportive.” In turn, the “cardigan” singer congratulated Beyoncé on her “epic achievement.”

In case you missed it, with 28 wins to her name, Beyoncé is the most GRAMMY-awarded female artist in history. Quincy Jones ties with her for second-most wins and composer, George Solti currently holds the record for the top slot with 31 GRAMMYs.
