Jennifer Aniston didn’t do all her homework before spending big at 25-years-old.
Aniston told PopSugar she bought a vintage Mercedes-Benz that ended up being a “lemon”.
“There was a little white 280SL Mercedes and it was there for a long time. I mean, it could have been over two years,” she said.
The actress said she’d see the car for sale on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.
“And I was always like, ‘I can’t wait, someday, someday,’” she told the website. “And then one day I bought it, and then I drove it, and then I drove it again, and it never drove again.”
Aniston also discussed her underwhelming purchase on TODAY recently with her “Murder Mystery 2” costar Adam Sandler. He couldn’t believe she only got “two drives” out of the car.
“It was a lemon, and that’s why it had been sitting there,” she explained. “I didn’t know any better to get it checked out. So that was just a nice 25-year-old mistake.”
