Kim Kardashian keeps things simple.
Speaking with Angie Martinez on her “IRL” podcast, Kardashian discussed how her SKIMS employees do have a dress code and are all “color coordinated.”
Martinez then inquired if that was intentional and Kardashian confirmed, saying “Absolutely. I have uniforms.”
Kardashian went on saying she just wanted them in “color palettes.”
Her employees get a “handbook” instructing them to wear “grays, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, khaki… I mean, we can stick with all neutrals. Not a lot of color blocking.”
This wasn’t just a mandate from the boss though, Kardashian said she took input from employees also.
“My house is so zen, so I asked how everyone felt about it, and everyone actually said, ‘That would make our life so easy,’” she said. “Once everyone was on board and thought it would be easier for them, I was like, ‘Yes, let’s do this.’”
Kim even joked she should a “free-dress day” on birthdays of employees.
Kardashian and her family’s reality show, “The Kardashians,” second season is streaming on Hulu now.
