In Photos: Memorial Day across America
From Rolling Thunder in Washington D.C. to local ceremonies in places like Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, and Colorado, veterans and Americans young and old gathered to honor the fallen and commemorate Memorial Day.
"I participated in two terms in Vietnam and I lost a lot of good friends and fellow Marines," Marine Corps Veteran Tom Capers of Port St. Lucie, Fla. said. "I came out today to carry on the tradition of honoring those that have gone before us serving our country."
