The Star Wars franchise is full of iconic music and sounds that are recognizable even to the most casual of viewers. The Disney+ series Star Wars: The Mandalorian has added to the list of quality theme songs and there’s now a brand new remix that’ll blow your mind.
The original theme was composed by Ludwig Goransson and is epic in its own rights, but a Finnish artist has given his metal twist on it.
The artist Megaraptor shared a metal version of The Mandalorian theme and it is heavy. The remix retains many elements of the original version and adds heavy metal guitar to create a truly epic soundscape.
It’s not Megaraptor’s first go at a Star Wars metal-themed remix. He’s given the main theme song, the Catalina Band, Imperial March, and the Force Theme the metal treatment as well.
In other Star Wars news… Baby Yoda is in space! This past November, Baby Yoda was made an “honorary astronaut” aboard the Crew Dragon, the second-ever flight with a crew for Elon Musk’s SpaceX.
A video clip shows Baby Yoda entering the International Space Station alongside the rest of the SpaceX crew. The crew, along with Baby Yoda, are expected to have a six-month stay aboard the International Space Station.
