With all this focus on elections, and the banning of Pornhub in Thailand...no one is paying attention to the robots.

According to the head of the British Armed Forces, 30,000 "robot soldiers" could be a part of the British army in the 2030's working side-by-side with humans.

General Sir Nick Carty said that the military needs to move forward with a five year plan to start including robots in the British armed forces.

When it comes to robots, what exactly are we talking about? According to Carty it could include a large number of autonomous machines.

“I mean, I suspect we could have an army of 120,000, of which 30,000 might be robots, who knows?” Carter said.

The British Army  has been having a hard time recruiting people for the last few years. The country currently has 73,870 members. The target amount is 82,050. That number is expected to go down.
