A man who made went viral last summer after one of his bears killed a woman has died from allegedly choking on some sort of sex toy.
Sam Mazzola was found deceased in his home on a water bed. Mazola was allegedly handcuffed to the bed with chains and padlocks.
Authorities say that there was a sex toy in his mouth and down his throat which must have got in the way of his breathing. The coroner also said that Mazzola was wearing a leather mask with the mouth zipped up and a metal sphere over his head.
"He had done this by request according to the story we were given. There was an assistant, but that is under investigation.” authorities said.
