Police are on the hunt for a man who stole a bunch of left foot shoes from a store in Miami, 7 News reports.

The man tried his hardest to break into the store through the front door, but decided to cut a hole through the roof and go in that way.

Surveillance video shows the man climbing a wall where the shoes are displayed.

“When he comes down, he kinda falls off, comes to the ground. He just goes up quick and starts grabbing every shoe here. It’s a big hit, definitely,” store owner Johan Alvarez said.

The owner told 7 News they suffered a loss of about $15,000 to $20,000.

“These crooks, they actually made three holes on top of the roof, two of them not being in this business, so it’s more of the damage that they caused then what they actually stole. Talking about what they took, they took left feet shoes. They didn’t take a pair of shoes, they just took single shoes that were on the rack,” said Miami Police Officer Michael Vega.

Alvarez hopes the crook realizes he only has 20 left shoes and brings them back to the store.

“Just come forward, drop off the shoes, leave them here. I don’t need to turn them over to the cops. I don’t care about that. I pray that God puts some sense into them and just do the right thing at least,” Alvarez said.
