An extremely tiny home in Santa Cruz, California sold for roughly $1 million, the Sacramento Bee reports. The tiny house is 328 square feet and comes in it $3,125 per square foot.
The home is labeled as a 1948 “vintage bungalow,” and was bought for a total of $1,025,000.
The tiny home includes a garage that was converted to a bonus room and bathroom, but it wasn't renovated with permits so it can't technically be included in the home's legal square footage.
The new owner will also get a 4,000 square foot lot, plus a deck that overlooks a "spacious and inviting backyard," a storage shed, and fantastic location.
The property is walking distance from the beach, a brewery, downtown Santa Cruz, restaurants, and a whole lot more.
