One man had a bright idea, why not stream himself sleeping on Twitch and see if he could bring in any cash.
Well guess what? It worked.
A 26 year old from Los Angeles just made $16,000 in one night streaming his sleep on Twitch. There was a bit of a twist...he ended up not getting much sleep at all.
Andy set up his text to speech on his live-stream, allowing viewers to type loud messages to him while he tried to sleep. Viewers were able to play loud music, play dog bark sound effects, and make his alarm go off in order to keep him from snoozing.
“Thank you so much, I used to drive Uber for $16 an hour,” Andy said.
Andy has over 40,000 followers on Instagram and Twitter, and one million on YouTube.
