Suga Rae
M-F 6pm-11pm
Given the nickname "Motor Mouth" by her preschool teacher, Suga Rae was destined to become a radio personality. In elementary school she recorded songs off of the radio and inserted her voice in between the songs and sold the mixtapes at school. Her parents were thrilled that they never had to give her lunch money. While most kids dreamed about becoming doctors, lawyers or astronauts, Suga Rae had no doubt in her mind that she was going to be on the radio. With 15 years of on air radio experience she is STILL in love with radio. She always says "Radio is not what I do, it's who I am!" When she's not on the air, you can find Suga Rae enjoying a soul food or seafood meal, watching a gangster flick and of course, taking the dance floor over whenever she hears a perfect reggae or hip hop cut!
