Forbes newest World’s Billionaires List has highlighted 28 Dallas residents among the world’s richest, including Cowboys owner Jerry Jones (no. 128 in the world), real estate developer H. Ross Perot (No. 649), former Mavs owner Mark Cuban (no. 694), and the Hunt family (no. 1834).
The richest family in Dallas was Koch Inc. stakeholder Elaine Marshall and her family, ranking No. 71 on the global list with an estimated net worth of $30.9 billion.
For the second year in a row, Elon Musk was named the richest person in the world with a net worth of $839 billion.
His 2025 net worth was reported as $497 billion.
