Construction is set to begin in Austin next year on White Rocks, a 10,000-seat amphitheater inspired by the famous Red Rocks in Colorado.

However, because it’s Texas, White Rocks will feature just a little bit more.

According to ConnectCRE, along with the amphitheater White Rocks will have a hotel with 150 rooms, and 600 private residences.

UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle will operate the hotel on-site, which will also include professional recording and content studios, a nightclub, a comedy club, two fine-dining restaurants and a 1,500-capacity indoor performance venue.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027. There is no timetable for its completion.
