Everyone loves nostalgia, especially if it’s something that brings people back to their childhood. Luckily for those in DFW, an event is coming to the metroplex this month that promises to do just that. Retro Expo will bring collectibles, comic books, records, vintage toys, trading cards, video games and more to Plano next weekend with special guests such as Back to the Future’s Claudia Wells.
From March 18 to 19 the Plano Convention Center will be taken over by Retro Expo, an event that will show off all pop culture had to offer back in the day. Along with all the collectibles, there will be a number of guest appearances from stars of some of the most iconic movies and television series of the time. According to Retro Expo, some of the people attending the event will be Claudia Wells from ‘Back to the Future,’ Jason David Frank from ‘Power Rangers,’ Kenn Scott from ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ and more.
The two day event will also feature artists, cosplayers and prop builders. Of course, there will also be an opportunity for guests to go home with some incredible memorabilia. For anyone needing some nostalgia in their life, the Retro Expo is the place to be.
