The NFL preseason is currently underway, and while these games and training camp are all about getting ready for the season, the time is also used by players to bond with their teammates. Three Dallas Cowboys players had quite the bonding experience on Saturday before their game in Seattle. Receiver Brandin Cooks, who is also a licensed pilot, took teammates Stephon Gilmore and Micah Parsons on a ride in his plane, showing off some incredible sights of Seattle.
On Saturday, video went viral showing Brandin Cooks piloting a plane with Stephon Gilmore and Micah Parsons behind him. As seen in the now viral clip, the trio’s flight showed off incredible views of the city and the Seahawks’ Lumen Field. “They let the wrong ones in the sky,” Cooks captioned the video.
According to Sports Illustrated, the Cowboy’s newest receiver also petitioned to do a National Anthem flyover during an NFL game in the video. Of course, many fans were worried about the player’s safety in the plane, hoping not to see their stars in the sky again this season. Hopefully the bonding experience will help lead to some victories this season.
