While they say with more money comes more problems, the life of a celebrity can still be pretty sweet. Actor Owen Wilson gave a perfect example of this recently, as his celebrity status got him something just about anyone would want. In a recent interview, Wilson revealed he was given a lifetime pass that would get him into any Rolling Stones concert, but sadly he lost the privilege after only one show.
Like many, Owen Wilson is a big fan of the Rolling Stones, as he revealed in a recent interview on ‘The Late Late Show’ that his first concert was the Stones back in 1980. However, years later his fame got him up close and personal with the band. “I was kinda friendly with some of the band, and my friend was really good friends with Mick Jagger. And we got these special laminates, kind of all-access, that were good for the rest of your life…” said Wilson.
Sadly, Wilson ended up making a mistake during the show, ending up on the side of the stage where he wasn’t supposed to be, according to NME. The next day security called him and demanded the pass back. While it didn’t last long, at least Wilson got to experience something most Stones fans never will.
