Arlington is home to a new restaurant called Smash Toast that aims to bring you back to the turn of the century.
Per CW33, It’s designed with a 90s/2000s theme and serves food that harkens back to what your mother might’ve made you after school: grilled cheese, pb&j, and other delicious melts. They even bake their own bread and sell it by the loaf.
The real treat of Smash Toast though, is the secret it’s hiding: it also has a secret bookstore!
Folklore Grove is the bookshop inside the store, and you access it through a bookcase. Who doesn’t love a secret passageway?!
