Study reveals Texans make the eleventh-worst lifestyle choices in the United States

Don’t let this news discourage you as your try to stick with your New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier and start hitting the gym more consistently.

A new study from the GLP-one review site Vaccine Alliance found that Texans make the eleventh-worst lifestyle choices in the United States.

Per CW33, the states were ranked based on their “healthy diet and exercise habits.”

The study found that 75.5% of Texans failed to eat a vegetable at least once per day, and that Texans also reported the ninth-lowest rate of engaging in leisure-time physical activity, at 74.9%.

Texas ranked 40th in the nation overall.  The ten states worse than we are include:

41 – New Mexico
42 – Missouri
43 – Kentucky
44 – Iowa
45 – Alabama
46 – Arkansas
47 – West Virginia
48 – Oklahoma
49 – Louisiana
50 – Mississippi
