Even with the beginning of a new year, where you think most folks would feel recharged to tackle whatever lays ahead them, you might be feeling just a little worn out these days.
Enough is going on in the world to justify us just being tired.
Well a new report from the nutrition and wellness brand JuicePlus+ found that Texas is one of the most exhausted states in the nation.
An analysis of Google search behavior ranked Texas the 7th most exhausted state in the nation, behind only Utah, California, Louisiana, New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania.
The report found that Texas ranked 3rd nationally for nutrition-related energy strain, such as energy crashes and poor nutrition, 6th for physical fatigue, indicating persistent tiredness and low energy, 8th for sleep fatigue, suggesting challenges with rest and recovery, and 9th in mental fatigue, including burnout and difficulty concentrating.
The least exhausted states included Vermont, Hawaii, Delaware, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
