Residents in San Francisco's Mission District are hoping to identify the person caught on video dumping a large bucket of water onto a homeless person from atop a two-story building.
One Twitter user said that there's a $1,000 reward for identifying the rooftop culprit.

One resident of the building where the incident happened told KCBS Radio that although there's "empathy" for people without homes, some residents "know we also need to try to keep the streets clean."
