A warrant has been issued for Neumann's arrest as he fled the country in February and is believed to be in Belarus.

According to court documents, video footage showed Neumann verbally abusing U.S. Capitol police, stating officers will be "overrun" by the crowd and "I'm willing to die, are you?"

Nuemann also allegedly grabbed a metal barricade and shoved it into a line of officers, breaking down the barricades protecting the government building. He then used the barricade as a battering ram, rushing toward the officers, authorities said.

Throughout the afternoon, according to the indictment filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section, Neumann allegedly assaulted three officers from the Metropolitan Police Department and one from the Capitol Police.

Anyone with information on Neumann's whereabouts is asked to call FBI investigators at 800-225-5324.
