
PALO ALTO (KCBS RADIO) – Two boys have been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy last week in Palo Alto, according to reporting by KTVU.

The shooting occurred in an alley last Monday between Euclid and Manhattan avenues, as previously reported by KCBS Radio.
East Palo Alto Police officers responded to a report of a possible shooting just after 9 p.m. through Shotspotter, a shooting notification system used by law enforcement.
The victim was found suffering gunshot wounds at the scene and later succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
On Thursday morning two search warrants were served in East Palo Alto and Palo Alto, as reported by KTVU, where two boys were arrested.
During the search, a semi-automatic gun with an extended magazine was found in one of the residences.
Neither the identities of the two boys nor the victim's identity has been made public.
The two boys are currently being held in juvenile hall and are facing murder charges, the station reported.
The East Palo Alto Police Department did not respond to KCBS Radio's request for comment at the time of publication.
