Multiple roadblocks stood in between crews and the blaze, but after 15 minutes, firefighters were able to extinguish the flames. Despite their efforts, the home was ruled as a complete loss.

No residents died or were injured, but five puppies trapped inside the trailer lost their lives. A firefighter also suffered a minor burn while battling the flames and the home adjacent to the trailer suffered exterior fire damage.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
