Ahtapot: Mesquite fire grilled Galician Octopus over Gambilya beans spread, paprika-butter
Levrek Marin: Lemon cured Branzino, red onion, tomato, radish and red peppercorn with olive oil (gf)
Kopoglu: Oven roasted eggplant and peppers with tomato sauce, over homemade strained garlic yogurt (gf)
