Four cars have been towed, three guns have been seized and two people have been arrested following a sideshow in Oakland over the weekend, according to police.
The Oakland Police Department said in a press release on Monday that about 200 cars and "several hundred spectators" participated in "reckless driving and behavior" during a sideshow at around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Of the four cars towed, officers observed two "actively participating," the department said in the release.

Oakland police will hold the cars for 30 days, according to the release. Under California law, police can do so if someone is driving with a restricted or suspended license, or without a license at all. A vehicle can be seized without an arrest "if the vehicle is involved in a traffic collision," according to state law.
The department didn't say in the release which charges the two people were arrested on, nor did they say what prompted officers to impound the vehicles. Officials also didn't specify which, if any, cars belonged to the arrested pair.
The Oakland Police Department didn't respond to KCBS Radio's request for clarification and comment prior to publication. This story will be updated when we hear back.
