Authorities believe that two Alabama men who went missing shortly after arriving in Sacramento last month, were murdered. Police have arrested one man in connection with the case and are searching for another suspect.
Ladexter Pelt, 25, and John Dubose, 20, were last seen entering a vehicle at the Sacramento Airport on November 4, shortly after arriving from Alabama. They were were reported missing two days later.

Butte County Sheriff's Office detectives determined that Pelt and Dubose were traveling to the Butte County area. After an almost month-long investigation, which began on November 13, authorities announced on Tuesday they believe the two individuals were murdered at a residence located in the unincorporated area of Gridley.
Police said evidence "gave them cause to believe" that Ricardo Banuelos-Villareal, 30, of Gridley, and Alfredo Banuelos-Villareal, 35, also of Gridley, murdered the two victims and hid their bodies.

Ricardo was arrested at a residence in Yuba City on November 14 and has been charged with two counts of murder. He is currently being held in custody at the Butte County Jail.
Multiple agencies continue to search for Alfredo, who remains at large.
Authorities also are actively searching for the bodies of Pelt and Dubose.
Anyone with additional information about the location of Alfredo, or a Nissan Altima with a California license plate number 6VAR204, is asked to call detectives at 530-538-7671.
