A man was arrested on Tuesday for making threats during a virtual meeting of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office arrested San Jose resident, Roland Lebrun, 69, after he made threats involving a gun during the meeting last week, according to reporting by Bay City News.

The transit agency is still recovering from the mass shooting that took place at their San Jose rail yard in May, when a worker shot and killed nine of his coworkers, eventually turning the gun on himself.
Since then, the transit agency has been slow to resume operations, with several employees requiring counseling and mental health services in the wake of the incident.
One employee that survived the shooting, Henry Gonzales, died by suicide in August. In the immediate months following the tragedy, the agency was accused of not properly handling the mental health and wellbeing of the survivors.
It took months for the light rail service to resume, finally returning end of August.
During last week's meeting, Lebrun's threats made the attendees fearful for their personal safety, the outlet reported.
Lebrun was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, the outlet reported. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office did not respond to KCBS Radio’s request for comment at the time of publication.
