San Francisco Police host a town hall meeting after last month's shooting.
The shooting at San Francisco International Airport last month left one man, identified as Nelson Szeto, killed from injuries sustained due to gunshot wounds.
On Monday, the San Francisco Police Department held a town hall meeting with the community to provide more details as to what transpired in this incident.

These types of meetings are scheduled within 10 days of police shootings.
On Jan. 20, 37-year-old Szeto was approached by police at the BART station platform at the entrance of the airport's international terminal. Calls had come in reporting that Szeto acting strangely, and upon arrival, officers reported that Szeto appeared to be armed with two firearms.
Szeto reportedly acted threateningly towards the officers present, and despite efforts to deescalate the situation, officers eventually opened fire and shot and killed Szeto.
It was later disclosed that Szeto had been carrying a pellet gun, which uses compressed air to shoot pellets.
Monday's meeting revealed that officers spent at least half an hour trying to convince Szeto to drop his weapon. In a recording, officers can be heard calling Szeto’s first name, urging him to drop the gun. For the first time since the shooting, the police department released surveillance footage and body camera footage of the encounter, as well as 911 recordings and dispatch related to the incident.
In the video, Szeto can be seen holding a what appeared to be a handgun and a knife. He at one point dropped the knife and pulled a second gun out of his pocket.
In the body camera footage, police are heard pleading with Szeto to put down his weapons. At one point Szeto responds by saying he has something stuck in his throat.
When he continued to approach officers brandishing the guns, he was hit with beanbag projectiles to try to subdue him.
When those efforts failed, he was shot and killed.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the state's Department of Justice, and is still ongoing.
