
Whether it be the overnight delivery, the treats they give your puppies or their printers, UPS has been ranked the best business in the United States for customer service.
Together, Forbes and HundredX have surveyed consumers across the nation and compiled the 2024 Best Brands for Customer Service List.
The list includes the top 300 brands known for not only handing out good products but also great customer service based on over four million pieces of consumer feedback from 3,000 businesses during the past year.
Rounding out the top five companies with the best overall customer service are some familiar brands known for their friendliness almost as much as their products.
Chicken purveyor Chick-fil-A was ranked second on the Forbes and HundredX list, followed by the outdoor gear company REI, financial service company USAA, and grocery store chain Trader Joe’s.
According to the survey, the top five brands “outperformed competitors in all categories measured including people, speed, services provided and problem resolution.”
The survey shared that the companies on the list are “winning over customers due to the service they provide, with a clear connection to the likelihood customers will spend with the brand again.”
Not only did the report rank the top five overall consumer brands, but it also announced winners for subcategories, where companies excelled more than others.
The company found to have the best people was Chick-fil-A, the fastest was Jimmy John’s, the best service was The UPS Store and the best at finding resolutions was USAA.
Other notable brands to earn a high spot on the list include the coffee chain Dutch Bros, which placed 10th overall and second in best people; Discount Tire, which finished ninth overall; FedEx at 19th; and Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 11th.
