The story of a Fort Hood soldier left stranded by a greyhound for Thanksgiving has a happy ending.
A bus leaving for private Joey Lenz's home in Conroe actually left early. He had to spend thanksgiving alone at the base, plus, he was planning to attend his godfather's funeral scheduled for Saturday.
Thankfully, the greyhound company bought private Lenz a plane ticket to fly home.
