Aging BART infrastructure intensifies fire-caused delays

There are still delays in the BART system Thursday afternoon, all because of a fire near the tracks on Tuesday. The Bay Area's heat wave is almost out of time. There are more demands for electricity than ever before, and that means a new push to expand the grid.
