In the North Bay, grape growers are scrambling as this year’s harvest gets off to an uncharacteristically early start. Nationally, President Trump will deliver a prime-time "Speech to the Nation" this evening at 6 o'clock our time. Also, when PG-and-E activates Public Safety Power Shutoffs in fire weather, they also provide pop-up community resource centers in the affected areas. In San Jose, the city is turning to the public for the next stage of re-naming Cesar Chavez Plaza Park. Lastly, people take vessels out on pleasure cruises around the San Francisco Bay every day, ICE traffic stops were put on pause by DHS - but then quickly reinstated, shortly after President Trump posted on social media that ICE needed to do them.
