Oakland settles multimillion dollar lawsuit regarding deadly police chase

A multimillion dollar lawsuit against the city of Oakland, filed by the family of a man killed four years ago by a speeding car fleeing police, has been settled. A two-day show in honor of San Francisco's official flower, the dahlia, is happening this weekend at Golden Gate Park. Most people have never built a piece of electronics.
