Meadows Mall implements temporary youth curfew

Las Vegas, NV (KDWN) – The Meadows Mall has re-implemented a temporary youth curfew in response to recent social media activity suggesting potential “disruptive, unsupervised gatherings of youth”

The curfew begins daily at 3:00 PM and continues through mall closing hours.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a supervising adult who is 21 or older.

One adult may supervise a maximum of four youth at a time and must remain with them for the duration of their visit.

Trained public safety officers will be stationed at all mall entrances to perform mandatory identification checks for anyone who appears to be 17 years old or younger. Unaccompanied guests who cannot provide a valid ID proving they are at least 18 years old will be denied entry or asked to leave the premises.

Mall management emphasized that the curfew is temporary and mirrors a similar temporary curfew that was enacted back in June.
