PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Allegheny County Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a teenage girl who was reportedly hit by a train Thursday morning.
A 15-year-old girl was found dead by first responders near Miller's Run Road and Wabash Avenue in Suuth Fayette. A 17-year-old female, who was also injured, was taken to an area hospital. She is expected to survive.
Police are speaking with witnesses, including a 14-year-old-girl and two teenage boys, one age 15 and the other 17. All three are said to have been with the victim at the time the incident ocurred.
