PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a shooting in Stowe Township on Saturday.
Allegheny County Police Department report that 16-year-old Peyton Wiser of McKees Rocks turned himself into police on Monday, May 4th without incident. He will be housed in the Allegheny County Jail
Wiser will be charged as an adult with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Minor.
The shooting was on Seventh Street between McCoy Road and Benwood Avenue.
Officers found a 26-year-old man lying on the street with several gunshoot wounds.
The victim died at the hospital on Monday.
