Two Allegheny County plumbing inspectors were arrested Thursday.
Michael O'Toole of Pittsburgh and Timothy Chelosky of McKeesport are accused of tampering with information related to plumbing inspections.
O'Toole is charged with 11 and Chelosky 4 counts of tampering with public records.
Both have been suspended by the county.
