PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The third person accused in the death of 3-year-old Bella Rae Seachrist has turned herself in at Allegheny County Police Headquarters.
Alexis Herrera walked into the station Thursday morning.
Herrera is the step-mother's sister.
Police say she had numerous videos and pictures of severe abuse on her cell phone. Her sister, Laura Ramirez, is in jail and so is the child's father, Jose Salazar-Ortiz.
All three are facing charges including criminal homicide in the girl's death earlier this month at a home on 10th Street in Oakmont.
